Orders are shipped within 6-7 working days after confirmation, you will receive notification via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
Order having Custom products are shipped within 4-7 days. Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday , and delivery takes another 5-10 working days based on your location.(*For North-Eastern States it may take upto 15 days.)
Once the order is confirmed, no changes will be allowed. No cancellations, additions, or changes to products will be accepted. Additionally, no changes to coupon codes will be permitted. please check everything before order confirmation.
Note: In case of any product from your order becomes unavailable due to any reason or faces any delay, Will connect with you within 1-2 working days via call or message to inform you regarding possible delays.
In case the delivery status shows “delivered” and you have not received the product yet, you need to intimate us within 24 hours. You are requested to send an email with your order id with the subject “wrong delivery status” to ramrowcountertops@gmail.com.
Failing to do so within 24 hours doesn’t make you entitled to any refund or any support from our team
Shipping charges on the website are for up-to 25 kg only, If your order is beyond that weight we will call you for additional charges..
